Sable Pay, LLC built the SABLEPAY app as a free application. This Service provided by SABLEPAY is at no cost and is intended for use as is.
The purpose of this page is to provide subscribers with our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone electing to use our Service.
If a subscriber elects to use our Service, the subscriber agrees to the collection and use of information in this policy. The Personal Information that SABLEPAY collects is used only for accessing the Service and identifying the users for the Service. We will not use or share subscriber information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings used in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at http://www.sablepay.net unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require subscribers to enable Bluetooth so SABLEPAY is able to utilize Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) advertisements to enable proximity based features. When the SABLEPAY app is installed and running, nearby SABLEPAY sensors are able to identify and detect the proximity of a subscriber’s device. This will provide SABLEPAY with general locations based off the proximity to nearby SABLEPAY sensors. Only devices that have the app installed with a valid account can be detected. It is important to note that the data transmitted over BLE is only a reference to a subscriber account and does not contain any personal or financial information that a user provided during sign-up. A randomly generated unique identifier (ID) is used for identifying subscribers to ensure no personal information can be captured. An email address is currently the only information that is collected from SABLEPAY subscribers. This email address and any other information regarding SABLEPAY subscribers are in no way transmitted over BLE. Subscriber information that is currently collected or any information that we intend to collect in the future will only be used with our provided intentions and the consent to our terms and conditions. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error in the application, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Any and all data transmitted over the internet uses HTTPS and follows the industry standard authorization OAuth 2.0 protocol. Firebase Authentication provides SABLEPAY with the utilities needed for the latest technical advancements in identity governance and management. The Google Cloud Platform provides SABLEPAY with the secure infrastructure needed to host this application’s back-office requirements. All protocols and third-party services are intended to mitigate and protect against any current and future vulnerabilities.

SABLEPAY has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to immediately delete this information from our servers.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection for tracking purposes, and we do not use any specific practices when we see a Do-Not-Track signal from your browser.

By downloading or using the app, these terms automatically apply to you (subscriber) – ensure that you read them carefully before using the app. Subscribers are not permitted to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. Subscribers are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and should not try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, are the sole property of SABLEPAY.
SABLEPAY is committed to ensuring that the app is useful and efficient. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. SABLEPAY will never charge you for the app or its services without making it explicit what you’re paying for.
The SABLEPAY app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to use our Service. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to keep their phone and access to the app secure. SABLEPAY recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. This could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the SABLEPAY app won’t work properly or at all.
Subscribers should be aware of certain situations that are not within our responsibility. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, SABLEPAY will not take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if the subscriber does not have access to Wi-Fi, and remaining data allowance. The use of Bluetooth is required for SABLEPAY to function properly. SABLEPAY provides subscribers with as much information as possible regarding the requirements, but ultimately it is the subscriber’s responsibility to properly maintain the necessary settings and state of the device running the application. It is therefore the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure Bluetooth is on and the application transponder is active for the application to properly function.
If subscriber is using the app outside Wi-Fi connectivity, terms of the agreement with subscriber’s mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, the subscriber may be charged by the mobile provider for the cost of data while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, subscriber accepts responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if using the app while roaming (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If the subscriber is not the responsible party for the device on which the subscriber is using the app, please be aware that we assume no responsibility for charges resulting from this use.
